Request for Applications (RFA) Now Posted
The AHA is pleased to announce the new Arrhythmias and Sudden Cardiac Death Strategically Focused Research Network (PDF).
The intent of this initiative is to support a collaboration of basic, clinical and population researchers from different disciplines whose collective efforts will lead to new approaches to study arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death (SCD).
2020 Networks have been named. The next AHA SFRNs will be
- Cardiometabolic Syndrome, focusing on Diabetes (to be called the Diabetes Network)
- Health Technology and Innovation (apps, wearables, equipment, etc.).
Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunities
Postdoctoral graduates interested in a fellowship opportunity with one of AHA’s Strategically Focused Research Networks should submit an application to the center(s) of interest. If you are interested in future SFRN postdoctoral fellowships with a Network, please submit a CV to SFRN@heart.org and it will be shared with the Training Directors once these Networks are awarded.
