Information for ReSS Invited Speakers and Moderators
View the Speaker and Moderator guidelines for ReSS.  Please read in its entirety as this will provide guidance on how to prepare for your roles.

All presenters and moderators are required to have a disclosure slide as the first slide. Please see the sample disclosure slides.

Uploading Your Presentation
All presenters should receive an email on October 21 which contains instructions on how to upload your presentation(s). If the email was not received, please contact Support@sessionupload.com.

Abstract Sessions Participant Guidelines
Abstract Oral Sessions
will have 15 minutes allotted for each abstract presenter (10 minutes presentation immediately followed by 5 minutes Q&A). The moderators in the session will also serve as discussants. Each discussant will be given 10 minutes to provide a critical analysis of the studies and provide constructive criticism and informed interpretation. There will be a dedicated discussant for each group of five abstracts in the abstract oral session.

Late Breaking Oral Abstracts will have a total of 12 minutes allotted for each presenter (10 minutes presentation immediately followed by 2 minutes Q&Q).

Moderators – Moderators will convene the session, introduce speakers and enforce time limits. You will be given access to the abstracts a few weeks before the meeting to allow you to prepare for the session (this must be kept confidential and should not be shared with anyone).

Abstract Oral Presenters – It is critical that you adhere to the time allotted for your presentation. There is no limit to the number of slides you may prepare, however, please ensure that you stay within the allotted time. Additional information regarding presentation uploads will be sent approximately three weeks prior to the meeting.

Please click on the Oral Abstract Presenter Guidelines for additional information.

Abstract Poster Sessions will be presented in the Dallas Ballroom (D-H) on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.  Posters for both sessions will be displayed throughout the meeting to give attendees the opportunity to view all posters.  Attendees are encouraged to visit the posters during breaks and lunch.  Poster abstract presenters will be available for questions and discussion during the date/time specified below.  Please click on the Poster Presenter Guidelines for additional information.
