Registrants who cancel must request a refund of fees paid in writing. Cancellation requests received at Convention Data Services by April 17, 2014, midnight EST will be processed, less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued until 7 – 15 days post-event. No refunds will be made after April 17, 2014. Purchased meal tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows after the conference. No refunds will be issued onsite.
Fully payment must be received with your registration form. Make checks payable to the American Heart Association or charge your registration to American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Registrations without complete payment will no be processed. Wire transfers and purchase orders are not accepted.

ATVB 2014 welcomes you to Toronto, Ontario, Canada’s largest city and the nation’s cultural, industrial and business center. Toronto boasts one of the world’s most diverse social fabrics, weaving the cuisine, shopping and art of more than 100 cultures into its daily life., Toronto is one of the most livable and multicultural urban places in the world today, with more than 7,000 restaurants, bistros and cafes, along with tourist favorites CN Tower, the Eaton Tower and the Royal Ontario Museum.
ATVB 2014 will be held at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, 123 Queen Street West, which is in the center of Toronto’s financial and entertainment districts. Adjacent to City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square, the hotel is a short walk to the Eaton Centre shopping mall and the trendy shops of Queen Street West and is across the street from the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts.
Rooms for conference participants are available at special reduced rates of $199 Canadian (CAD) per night single or double and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until all are filled or until Monday, April 7, 2014. Housing will open on December 18th.
