2012 Registration Rates
Rooms for conference participants are available at special reduced rates starting at $229 per night single or double, and will be available on a first come, first served basis until all are filled or until Wednesday, March 26, 2012. After this date, reservations may be made at the prevailing rate and will be subject to availability. The guest room rate is exclusive of applicable taxes. A full refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received by the early bird deadline (March 21, 2012); otherwise, a $70 cancellation/processing fee will be charged. No refunds will be made after April 9, 2012.
*Nonmember trainees, fellows, students and technicians and member technicians must provide proof of status with a current license or certificate, student ID or a letter written on official letterhead and signed by department head, mentor or supervisor.

 Reporters, writers, producers or editors with credentials from a newspaper, magazine, online news service, radio or TV network or station, wire service and syndicate may register to attend the Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology Annual Conference 2012.
