Mission Statement
The mission of the Council on Cardiovascular Radiology and Intervention (CVRI) is to provide leadership to the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Stroke Association to reduce death and disability from cardiovascular, peripheral vascular and cerebrovascular diseases, using diagnostic and functional imaging and imaging-directed interventions.
Mark your calendar for April 2, National Walking Day, where employees are encouraged to wear sneakers to work and take at least 30 minutes out of their day to get up and walk. It's a great way to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity and to give your co-workers a friendly push toward a healthier life. For more information please visit www.startwalkingnow.org.
