Mission Statement
The purpose of the Council on Clinical Cardiology (CLCD) is to achieve the objectives of the American Heart Association (AHA) in the field of clinical cardiology, to promote excellence in clinical care and to foster the professional development and education of clinical cardiologists.

Through council-sponsored symposia, panels and scientific conferences, members can access new developments in the field and interpret and promote clinical cardiology to professional and lay audiences.
Through the American Stroke Association’s Together to End Stroke initiative, learn about stroke, download the free Spot a Stroke mobile app and access community and patient education resources to share with others. Visit strokeassociation.org/together.
