How to Apply or Make a Nomination
All applicants and nominators should submit applications through the Council Awards & Fellowships Application System.
For any award in which a nomination is required on behalf of another individual, the nominator will fill out the application form on behalf of the nominee, using the nominee’s information, and will attach any required supporting documents on behalf of the nominee.
